The
Centre's mission is to provide faith-based services to heal and renew the mind, body and spirit.
What makes the Centre unique is our desire to provide a total wellness approach, including integrative prevention
and treatment. Everyone is welcome at The Centre - regardless of where you are in life's journey or in your spiritual
journey. Our highly trained and experienced staff offer professional counseling and care as well as a wide range of
mind/body services.

The Centre has locations in Mobile and Daphne to serve clients in both Mobile and Baldwin
Counties. We are a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. The Centre has a standard fee for all services offered. Insurance
coverage may be available for counseling services and mind/body services may be purchased at package or group discounts.
Clients who have insufficient resources to afford the standard fee for counseling may inquire about The Centre's Client
Support Program that is based on need and availability of funds.

skilled clinicians who work with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families (traditional, single parent and

Body
The Centre offers a variety of opportunities
for personal growth with faith-based wellness and yoga classes. Classes are offered in either a group setting or by private
lesson with certified and experienced teachers. Call (251)458-6506 for more info. Offerings include, but are not limited to:
NOW AT THE CENTRE:
Nationally-acclaimed "Outstretched" classes with yoga and Christian devotion. These classe are
donation only.
Yoga For Weight Loss: Yoga class encouraging students
to find a healthy weight and feel better in your skin using more standing work and movement.
Lunch
Bunch Yoga: class in a shortened class format to fit into the lunch hour.
Pre-and
Post-natal Yoga: (Check with your doctor) Both classes are available upon request.
Beginner Yoga:
(For those new to yoga) An introduction to learning postures, breathing and alignment. Class moves slowly with lots
of instruction.
Yoga For Stress Release: (For all levels) Class uses stress-relieving benefits of chest
and hip openers, twists and easy inversions.
Gentle Yoga: (For all levels) Designed to slowly and gently
move the student back to healthy posture, muscle flexibility and joint mobility. Particularly helpful for those with
health issues & recovering from minor injuries. Class moves slowly with lots of instruction.
Power Yoga:
(For intermediate to advanced students) A more strength-based flow of yoga postures, designed to increase muscle strength
as well as encourage flexibility, balance and alignment. Class moves at a moderate speed with less instruction.
Yoga-Flow: (For intermediate to advanced students) This class is designed for those who desire a
faster pased flow. This vinyasa style of class will raise the heart rate while still offering the many benefits of yoga.
Moves more quickly with less instruction.
Yoga-Core: (For all levels). Designed to target the
core in an effort to tone the belly, protect the back, bring more energy to the body and correct any posture misalignments.
Moves at a moderate pace.
Kids Yoga: Fun workout for kids that teaches the fundamentals of yoga and
encourages attention and focus. (6 week terms)
Balance and Alignment: (For
all levels) Designed to improve balance and posture and correct misalignments.
Pinnacle
Pose: (for all levels) Designed to gradually and safely move the student to a challenge (or pinnacle) pose.
